A Weekend Cottage

This garden is a low-maintenance solution for a weekend retreat.   A new terrace for evening use is surrounded by scented ornamental planting, with structural use of clipped evergreens and soft grasses. A line of newly-planted silver birches frames the restored view to the cathedral.
